I can’t believe I went to the gym at school during my free period. Now I know why that place is never crowded. The smell alone was enough to make me question my decision. Top all that off with the amount of guys who thought they could hit on me while I was running and you can just say I’m never going back there again. I need to find a new workout routine or I’m never gonna lose these last few pounds. I can’t stand being the fattest dancer at these competitions.

Ugh, the school gym is, like, the worst place to be. It’s so gross. I have nightmares about it. ugh, boys. why do they think it’s okay to treat girl’s that way? You could just come to the gym with me. I could use a workout buddy.

Still, they say we’re our own worst critics. There may be people who believe they’re better than you, but I still think you’re the best. There’s no way any of those guys come close to Fiona Coyne, at least in my opinion. Well, you are twins. I bet there’s some kind of special bond there that can’t be replaced. I know Drew’s not related to me by blood, but it doesn’t feel that way. The same goes for me and Eli. Sometimes I forget that he’s not actually a part of my family. I guess Eli should be thankful for that, considering how crazy the Torres fam can be.

Yeah, I suppose that’s true. Well, thanks for your encouragement. I’ll try to keep that in mind. Yeah, we definitely have that twin-connection thing you always hear about. Oh, I totally get what you mean! Holly J was basically like a sister to me and it was equally as hard saying goodbye to her last year. I think we all think our own families can be crazy/embarrassing sometimes.

Well, I certainly know who I’m turning to if I ever need any tips. The power of persuasion is something worth cherishing, so good for you. I could definitely see why Simpson would budge, considering you’re such a lovely person to talk to. I’m sure he gets suggestions day in and day out from people with awful personalities and grumpy attitudes.

Well, I guess it’s one of the pros of being the daughter of a diplomat -- you learn how to haggle. Oh, well, thank you Katie! I try to be pleasant, and I’m sure he appreciates having someone who’s, you know, not rude coming into his office. He did look pretty exasperated with me, though. That could’ve been attributed to the fact that I interrupted his lunch.

True! Fi, stop it. I think you could really go far if you put positive vibes out there. You’ve got the talent, and your grades are better, right? I can’t imagine any reason why you wouldn’t succeed. That internship is probably all yours. And you have to promise to hastygram every single Italian dish you consume. I want my entire feed to be filled with spaghetti. Exactly, I’m sure you understand how I feel. I don’t know how you managed to say goodbye to Declan, but I don’t want to face the day I have to do that with Drew.

I know I’ve got talent. But, there are also, like, tons of other people who’ve got just as much or even more talent than I do. Um, yeah...my grades have been better this year. I’ll be sure to do just that. It was definitely hard. He’s basically, like, another half of me so, it was kind of like a piece of me was missing.
