Why won’t it animate?
How long does it usually take you to make a model?
Anywhere between 10 and 50 hours
I like your art. That said, I don't think you should save it as JPGs. JPG is a low quality format, and your art would look even better if it were saved as PNGs.
Agreed - I use JPEGs for distribution because they are compact, but I might upload PNGs later

Here’s all of my character modeling work for 2015. Happy new year!
Commission in progress.
Found this lying around - its the armature controls for an animation I made a while back.

This is a gift for @tsitra360 that I’ve talked about putting together for a long time. The featured pone is no other than Pan Sizzle, his bacon-themed OC. I’ve been working on it for most of a month, and although its far from polished, I’m pretty happy with the final result.
The Pan Sizzle model itself is by Percy Technic.
This piece uses free, open-source sound effects by CadereSounds [1], Devilfish101 [1], Dstruct [1], JarredGibb [1], and CGEffex [1]. Pretty much everything was done in Blender, with some light photoshop for textures and the like. Partially rendered on Amazon EC2 with a spot-instance renderfarm powered by brenda (go check it out, its really awesome).
Bumped my table and thus an unusual friendship was formed!
