“Staying yourself is part of the battle.”

A little over a month ago I lost myself, and was replaced by someone I hadn’t seen in over 8 years.

I was a shell of myself. Someone that forgot how to love myself and work through my own emotions. I was someone that was ready to give up.. again. Someone that I had worked so hard not to be again, and had said goodbye to.

So many factors were playing into my downfall, but I’ve come out on the other side.

I had to remind myself that it is just part of my journey. That I’m not weak. I’m not a failure. I am not worthless. I am not unlovable.

I may have stumbled, but I did not give up.

If any of my friends ever need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I promise that I will text you back, or call, or FaceTime. Whatever I can do to support you, I’ll be there. No matter what happened between us in the pass, and where we stand. You are important.
