FNAF 4 becomes a lot more sad if Michael Afton is the one that caused the bite of ‘83

and that the events in the rest of the games are basically his attempts to make up for that and the crimes of his father. The entire game would basically be his nightmare that comes about as a result of his guilt of causing the bite of ‘83 and subsequently his brother’s (crying child’s) death.  Everything he does is his attempt to put his siblings back together. His freeing the spirits of the dead children is his attempt to make up for his father.  Also in thinking about why Springtrap would follow the sound of a laughing little boy in FNaF 3 the first thought that came to mind is that Michael thinks it’s the sound of his little brother laughing and this shatters my heart and I had to share it so there you go
