Just wanted to let everyone coming here for the memes know that I’ve recovered. I think for real this time.
I’m leaving this blog up bc it was certainly a moment in my life and you know what, venting isn’t a bad thing. Maybe I’ll get banned at some point, I don’t care.

I kinda relapsed (gonna work on it, I’m not having fun) and I think I’m just getting kinda old, but it’s insane how shit I immediately feel. I restricted for ~1 full day and I’m so tired, I have a headache, the tiniest exercise exhausts me I have heart palpitations.
Makes me feel insane bc I feel so sad and pathetic but my roommates don’t seem to be too concerned and then I realized I’m not exactly dying yet from eating a little less for one day
Ok I might have broken already I chatted with my colleague about ice cream and I can’t imagine going into summer worrying about that shit I need to fucking eat

Posting this on here bc it’s too mean to post on main but… the meaning of body dysmorphia has been watered down so much in the culture. For me it has mostly decreased as I’ve recovered. I still struggle with not knowing if I’m skinny or fat, but I still remember looking in a mirror and seeing my body change before my eyes.
But I heard someone say recently “the body dysmorphia is so bad today, I’m just trying to remind myself I’m bloated and it’ll be fine…” like sorry girl. Unfortunately, I do not believe that you’re seeing your body in a way that is incorrect, I think your just chubby and unhappy about it
I don’t know what it is about my front camera that makes me look diabolically skinny but I took a selfie with like my collarbones and arms out that makes me look like I’m actively starving (I’m not). And I knoooow I’m not, I’m not THAT skinny, but it’s not good for my ego
How do I simultaneously find myself too skinny and too fat how does that work
I’m sick, probably losing weight and it scares me. Not because I don’t like losing weight but because that means I have to gain it back

Making friends with people in ED recovery is all fun and games until it’s years later and you’ve recovered and you see on instagram that they’re skinny again and you have to activate all the narcissism in your blood before you can get over that shit
Today someone told me that I should eat more. She also tried to guess my weight (I have no idea how much I weigh, I don’t have a scale, but she casually guessed a weight that made my therapists concerned about me)
It’s funny bc I’m not even actually restricting. I just have shit appetite bc of other mental health struggles
What the hell kind of milestone is this? apparently I was just meant to be one of those bitches with a naturally low weight, restricting just warped me into a binge-purge cycle which was the worst thing that ever happened to my body
I don’t care that I’m proud, of course I am. I am mad at her and what she said was not right. But it only she knew. My lowest weight wasn’t cute.
I have nowhere else to post this listen the Ana turned into SH but I’m watching a YouTube video, it’s night, I’m sitting here with the box cutter in my hand bc I fucking like it and then one of the guys made an absolutely stupid comment and I’m laughing.
