First off, I’d like to apologize for my recent inactivity. It’s been rough few months and while my writing muses have been lurking, I just haven’t had a whole lot of time to devote to sitting down in front of each of my separate blogs.

So I’ve been thinking that I might want to make a multimuse blog and combine my muses into a single blog for simplicity. Yukari would be a blog I would love to bring over to a multimuse, since I only just started to get to bond with her.

What would your thoughts be, friends? What are your opinions of multimuse blogs, and would you follow my Yukari portrayal over to one?

Shinjiro had to admit, Yukari was trying hard at the very least. Kudos for that, even if he wasn’t the best at holding a conversation or anything like that. Maybe he could at least try?

“Shopping, some groceries. You guys have nothing in that dorm…” He looked at Yukari. “How does everyone survive on a bunch of instant crap only?”

He hoped it was clear he wasn’t angry or anything. If anything, it was… Probably closer to a joke? His delivery was deadpan as all hell, but still. Yukari was around Minato a lot, right? She should be used to deadpan.

Yukari blinked before a wide smile spread across her lips. She remembered the day that he’d agreed to cook for them and could still remember the deliciousness that came from that meal. If Shinjiro was buying groceries, maybe that meant he was considering cooking for them again.

His question made her laugh despite his tone. “Well, I mean, you are talking about a dorm full of unsupervised high schoolers,” she said between her giggles before she was able to calm down enough to speak more clearly.

“Honestly, I don’t even know if anyone else really knows how to cook besides you an--” she cut herself off before shaking her head. “So instant’s probably just easier.”

“Really?” She questioned before pressing a hand to her cheek as she climbed the stairs with her. But her question didn’t make her flinch one bit. As if the leader was expecting it to be asked.

“Well, I do like someone.” She chuckled before looking down. “But it’s hard to tell if he has…you know, our potential.” Hamuko explained, scratching at her cheek with a smile.

“Actually, you and I happen to meet him a few times already.” Something that Hamuko enjoyed doing, oddly enough, was beating around the bush. And this was just that. “But for me, it was almost like…it was love at first sight.” She purred then gasping.

“But of course, I might not even be his type!”

Yukari let out a small, embarrassed laugh as her own cheeks warmed up. She gave a small shrug.

“I guess I just haven’t had much time for boyfriends or crushes,” she replied sheepishly as the moved up the stairs.

She tilted her head to the side curiously at the fruit Hamuko seemed to hang over Yukari’s head. The hinting was totally killing her and she reached out to poke Hamuko’s side.

“Are you gonna tell me who it is??” she asked with a laugh.

The silence on Yukari’s end was starting to concern the auburn leader. And it was causing her to get antsy. Inhaling sharply, she pressed her head against the phone before it buzzing in her hands.

Hamuko blinked before pulling away from her phone to see the message.

Then, she felt relief.

[txt] thank godness [txt] i wouldnt have been able to tell Junpei no [txt] but that is a concern, yeah? [txt] I am just as lady as you btoh

She chuckled before remembering something that was…a concern for her. She could pack a lot of food. That’s…not even lady like at all…

Yukari had just gotten to the hospital lobby when Hamuko’s texts came through. The brunette nibbled her bottom lip nervously at the responses. She hadn’t meant to imply that Hamuko wasn’t lady-like, though the girl certainly had her moments...

[ text ] I didn’t mean it like that [ text ] Junpei’s just...

She sent the text, but she really wasn’t sure how to refer to him, so instead, she just said:

“ C’mon, Yukari. Don’t be so tense. If you do, you might just get cramps while running and I doubt that would help if Shadows came out. ” Akihiko chimed out, stretching his legs out and his torso as well. He knew if he went full speed, he would run out of stamina. And that was not going to go well for the two. He was one of the more experienced members as well of SEES so if something were to happen that Yukari couldn’t handle, it might end up being a death sentence. So he mentally prepared himself to begin the race before glancing towards his partner for the night.

“ It’s safe … If there were Shadows, I would be able to tell … ” Sure he was exaggerating that last bit. He wasn’t capable of sensing Shadows Like Mitsuru or Fuuka but he was the Strength of the group. Anything that pops out, he would be able to have the reflexes to exterminate it and keep going on his merry way. Though, Tartarus was always new with its labyrinth of floors and uncertain mapping. But it was all the same; a new experience with new training in fighting. That’s all his main focus was, gaining that experience and keeping it to himself so he would be able to fight better.

Yukari nibbled her bottom lip as she considered the challenge. Akihiko’s stretching, though, was what clued her in that he wasn’t joking. She supposed it couldn’t hurt to get a little bit of extra physical activity into their normal run through the most recent floors of Tartarus.

“Oh, believe me, I know all about leg cramps. Our captain is relentless during archery practice,” she replied as she stretched her arms above her head. She shifted up onto her tiptoes for a full body stretch before she moved side to side to stretch out her sides.

“Let’s just make sure not to linger too long on this floor, or we’ll have a whole different reason to run.”

Her thoughts wandered back to one of her solo runs with their leader. A shiver run down her spine at the memory of trying to escape with a Reaper hot on her heels.

The brunette yawned as she turned into the dining area of the dormitory.

“I slept better, but now I’m just wishing I could have slept longer,” she replied as she pulled a chair out. She plopped down into it and dropped her head into her arms briefly before turning her head to look at Minato.

“How about you?”

Yukari let out another frustrated sigh as she reached forward to wrap her hands around the cold glass of her milkshake.

“I’m not a princess,” she mumbled angrily as she blew into her straw. Bubbles came up to the top of the milkshake before she sucked in the drink through the straw. After she swallowed, she sighed again and looked across at her friend and dormmate.

“I’m sorry, Minako-chan. You didn’t come for milkshakes after school just to hear me bitch and whine about archery club,” she said, giving Minako a weak smile.
