My beast. She loves her grain-free food & homemade grain-free goodies. She is allergic to grain and some proteins and I was able to find what I needed in Fromm dog food, which I have fed her since she was a puppy. She loves it - scarfs it down all of the time!

I use lemons for everything. I always keep a bowl in my kitchen. These are funky-looking, but organic. Of course, my favorite lemon is the famous, Meyer Lemon, which is much smaller & a richer, yellow color.

#21dsd & #whole30 Day9 breakfast (this meal was post-workout): chopped butternut squash sautéed w/ peppers, mushrooms, onions, & garlic and then mixed with a chopped up slice of insanely awesome meatloaf (from #beyondbacon) and topped w/ 2 fried eggs. The veggies and eggs were seasoned w/ @flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning. Along side is 12oz. of bone broth. Now I am SO full, but looking forward to having this fuel me through the morning which will include some ice skating with the husband and kids.

I love the Against All Grain cookbook! I use it all of the time & it is wonderful! I highly recommend it - it is my favorite cookbook!

Last night, I made this bread and also the blueberry preserves.
