#love this post. i love rambling incohesively.#Vasil's hometown got a name (Saengerwald (yes with the ae))#Sadanah and Nowena are finally becoming a real thing. excited to draw them HOPEFULLY soon. still simmering them in my brain designwise #Sadanah is pretty set but Nowena is proving to be difficult. they gotta look the same but not like twins as they are worse than that #they're also gonna be from Saengerwald but probs around the time when Vasil is like 80 (vampire tho. age matters because of Jocelyn)#it's fun to think about Vasil in a time when Jo is no more but it keeps making me sad #most importantly also big changes with Jarek's backstory which directly relate back to Jocelyn #love the new dynamic they have. it's fun how they went from 'they can't speak each others language' to 'they have the same accent'#actually got a in-universe lore idea for why female hunters are seen as negative or bad in Alex' culture #(a woman who kills a pregnant animal carries its baby to term. maybe even carrying twins which is bad as only animals birth more than one #and humans aren't animals in their worldview so you are inviting bad spirits (tm))#Alexandru is a daft slut. he says burn the candle at both ends and live dangerously
