Dear fellow cat lovers, I’d like to ask you for your help!

This is my boy Harry, I adopted him and his sister Sally five years ago when they were seven years old. Now they are both seniors and suffer from hyperthyroidism, as many elderly cats do. Harry has been on medication for about a year but it’s taking a toll on his liver and must be discontinued to prevent liver failure. The vet recommended radioiodine therapy as an alternative treatment, a common procedure that works very well for cats. Unfortunately, it is very expensive (1.666 Euros, ≈ 1.851 dollars) and I can’t afford to pay for it since I’m a student and chronically ill myself. Watching my kitty die from a condition that is treatable just because I don’t have the means would be devastating. My cats are pretty much my emotional support system and I want to provide the best care possible for them.
