Her name is Tempest, and she's a Decepticon. In the past, she was a racer on Velocitron, and at some point, she decided to join the bad guys.

(when I showed her to my friends, they were like, "Dude, this transformer looks like a guy, not a girl!" from then on, I decided to consider it a headcanon that her gender is sometimes confused on Cybertron and she's mistaken for a mech, and the fact that she has a rather low voice :)
