Bravo simply, and this was a rare thing, blushed at his belovedâs words. He pulled back to cover his face, smiling because he was so happy they could just relax this evening with each other. âI wanted to, hon. You work so hard and I know youâve had your mind set on that veggie casserole thing from Martha, so I did as best as I could to replicate it. Might be a lil burnt on top, but Iâm sure itâs fine.â He blushed some more, gushing over the other like theyâve been apart from one another for years. He pulled his man in and kissed his lips again, hugging him tight. âI wanna hear about your superhero deeds first,â he said, pulling him into the kitchen/dining room where the table was set in a romantic presentation. Lit candles, a few rose petals on the table cloth, wine already in the glasses, and the okay looking casserole in the large dish, waiting to be dug into. âI did my bestâŚâ he said and pressed play on the music player on his phone. The speaker system they had there began playing soft intimate jazz and he pulled out Felixâs seat for him.Â
Felix kissed his blushing cheeks, loving that he got this sort of reaction out of the man. Around everyone else Collins put on this facade of arrogance. But around Felix he was nothing but a teddy bear. And he truly loved it. He was so touched he felt all warm and cozy. That his boyfriend had been paying so much attention to his sleepy ramblings about the casserole. âI thought you were sleeping when I said that..â He murmured in awe. Taking Collins face in his hands he kissed his lips. âI love you so much, Cols. I donât know what I did to deserve you. Iâm sure its perfect.â The hug warmed him all the way to his toes and he sniffled happily, burying his face in Bravoâs neck, inhaling his scent. He missed this closeness.Â
âOh...love.â He sighed, taking in the romantic set up. âItâs perfect. Itâs wonderful.â Holding his hands over his heart, he beamed, cheeks a little pinker then they were before. âItâs so..lovely.â Touching a petal softly, he glanced back at Collins, love shining in his eyes. âI could never ask for anything more perfect then this. Then you. Thank you so much.â His blush deepened as Bravo held out his chair for him. Gratefully taking his seat he smiled at the casserole. âIt looks delicious.â
