I had just come home from school with my sister, Jessica.
I went upstairs and started getting ready for the creek.
School was about to end, and I could wait to spend it with my best friends, Kelsey and J.P, at the creek of course.
I took my shoulder bag and left the house.
Arrived I saw something that I didn't expect.
Omar was there, he was talking with Kelsey and J.P.
What if they're telling him what I feel?!
Wait, they would never do this.
"Hey guys! Hey Om- I mean Green Poncho!" I said remembering that my friends didn't know his name.
"Hi Craig." Greeted Kelsey and J.P at the same moment.
"Craig..." Omar said, in a tone that sounded like he didn't want me here.
"What.. were y'all talking about...?" I asked.
"Nothing important..." Said Omar turning around.
"I need to go back to the gallery." He continued going away from the Trunk.
I just stood here, confused of what just happened.
"Dinner time!" Said Beth, the Timekeeper.
"See you tomorrow!" I said to my best friends.
We all went in different directions.
All afternoon I couldn't stop thinking about what had happened earlier...
I know that neither J.P or Kelsey, will ever tell Omar about my crush for him.
But if they actually did?!
Omar will probabily think I'm crazy! Why would he ever love me?
What if the whole creek finds out? What if my parents FINDS OUT?!
