hello tumblr, my name is percy and for many, many years I have been struggling with a condition called endometriosis. it causes debilitating pain, intense and excessive bleeding, and overall horrible menstruation cycles for me. its something ive dealt with since i was a preteen, and i have now finally found a doctor who is taking my pain seriously!
the only issue is that, in order for her to know exactly what is going on, I need a procedure done. a procedure that will cost $1200 up front. a cost that i cannot afford.
at the encouragement of my friends, ive started a gofundme so that i may have this procedure done and finally get on track to getting my reproductive health in order!
im not generally someone who finds it easy to ask others for help, but the situation has become desperate and im out of options and honestly exhausted. this condition has caused so much mental distress and physical pain- i cannot tell you how taxing it is to bleed for 57 straight days, let alone all the other side affects that endo causes.
