Hi Marvel fandom!  I'm the author of Heart Toward the Highway (one of the fics that was plagiarized).  In the last few days I've received a pile of kudos on the story and I know they came from kind-hearted people in your corner.  It's such a warm and lovely gesture.  Thank you so much!!  I worked insanely hard on that fic in 2009 and it didn't get much feedback at the time, so when I saw pieces of it in another fic, a fic that had 2k+ notes, all I could really think was that it was karmically off-kilter.  So I really appreciate the love.  Seriously so nice.

I asked @youngmoneysteala if they would reblog this for me in the hopes those who took the time will see it.  Extra thank you to them for being a fic detective, doing the research and taking the time to message many different writers.  That takes dedication and effort and I'm grateful. :)

I set out to make a fun little Community vid. Somehow, in the process, it made me a no-holds-barred Jeff x Annie shipper. It’s pretty surreal to get swept up in the excitement of a new ship when you already know the source material like the back of your Chang, but I leaned into it, harnessed both, and this is the result: a Jeff x Annie thesis in vid form.

Chord Overstreet Opts for a Caribbean Christmas With 'All I Want for Christmas Is a Real Good Tan'

All Chord Overstreet wants for Christmas is a bronze bod, according to his new holiday track. The song – originally recorded by Kenny Chesney and written by the Glee actor’s dad, Paul Overstreet – touches on the breeziness of spending Christmas at the beach with a mellow Jack Johnson vibe. 

Chesney’s original version of “All I Want for Christmas Is a Real Good Tan” hit No. 30 on the Hot Country Songs chart in January 2004 and was featured on the country king’s same-named album, which reached No. 4 on the Top Country Albums chart.

With his “Homeland” release back in August and opening up for Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas on their Future Now tour over the summer, Overstreet can now add Christmas music to his list of increasing musical achievements.

Luke and I have had our ups and downs over the years, but through it all, his relationship with my daughter, Rory, has never changed. He’s always been there for her no matter what. He was there to celebrate her birthdays. He was there cheering her on at her high school graduation. Luke has been a sort of father figure in my daughter’s life.
