the most annoying people are people who don't understand storytelling. they be like "oooo how convenient that this thing happened to the main character in the very beginning". yeah no shit. that's why the story begins here
"If this one things hadn't happened the main character wouldn't be so important" You mean the catalyst? If the catalyst of the plot didn't happen the plot wouldn't happen? Dude, that's fucking crazy. No, seriously, it's so crazy that in the book "What Happens After The Catalyst" the catalyst is the only reason the story takes place.
It doesn’t matter what mental gymnastics you do to justify your consumption of Harry Potter.
Your second-hand shopping, piracy and fanfic don’t exist in a vacuum and it continues to provide JK Rowling with the cultural capital to inflict hurt on vulnerable people.
love lying 2 people about things they'll never engage with. my 56 year old elementary teacher mom thinks the reason they soft rebooted saw in 2017 is that they added wizards in saw vi n the entire trap meta got fucked bc they could just teleport away
I don't see you giving her any Valium or a heart necklace. Tsk tsk tsk...She's gonna feed them delusions and we will keep getting a distorted image of Jackie Taylor.
Also, spending taxpayer money to provide food is "extremist" but spending taxpayer money to hire cops to guard dumpsters to prevent homeless people from eating for free is "the way we do things".
Yesterday was a cold winter day, when I left our very cold tent in the displacement camp where I was looking for some food for my family. While I was walking in the deserted street, a skinny cat caught my attention, turning over the remains of the garbage with extreme hunger. Her sight was painful, she looked weak and exhausted, and her eyes carried a look of distress. 💔
I approached her cautiously, as I know that hunger can make her afraid. I took out a can of sardines that I had bought to satisfy my hunger, but I gave it to the cat and remained without food, and extended it towards her. She hesitated a little before she started eating it greedily. I sat next to her and looked at her, and I saw a wound on her foot that was hindering her movement, and it was clear that she needed treatment. 😭💔
I decided to help her. I carried her gently and returned home with her. Despite the limited resources, I washed her wound with a wet cloth and gave her some water and food that we shared as a family. The cat gradually began to recover, and became a part of our lives. We named her "Amal" because she gave us a sense of hope despite everything we were going through.😭😭
One day, while I was sitting with her, I remembered my previous cat who was killed in cold blood by the occupation in the bombing of our house. This is a picture of me and her sleeping in my arms, feeling reassured.🥹❤️
I also thought about my situation. I also need help; my damaged teeth make me feel pain every day, and I need dental implants to be able to eat normally. But how can I afford the treatment?🥺😭😭
So I hope all my friends will donate to me and help me, and also share my story or write a post explaining the details we are living so that the whole world knows the suffering we are living. Thank you. I hope you will help me and my new cat Amal🥹❤️❤️
