We will be doing one more contest!

Everyone who sends us an application will be entered into a name drawing contest. An Etsy seller was kind enough to work with me on this and made up for us a mini Seelie Kit and an Unseelie Kit!

Seelie Kit: As the Seelie are known for working with herbs, you will receive a vial of white oak, representing earth, one of the two preferred Seelie elements. The other preferred element is fire, so you will also receive a red candle in a golden feyry star!

Unseelie Kit: As the Unseelie are known for working with crystals, you will receive a piece of ice quartz and an Air oil blend. The crystal will also be shipped with a steely feyry star stand. These represent the Unseelie preferred elements of air and water!

Winners will be drawn at random from applicants for both rounds; all Seelie applicants will be in the Seelie drawing pool, and similarly for the Unseelie. Unaligned human applicants can choose which drawing they wish to be a part of. An application is an automatic entry. If your name is drawn and you do not wish to receive the kit, just let us know, and we’ll select someone else. Agreeing to receive the kit, of course, does require you being willing to share an address with us so we can ship the items to you.

Hello, beloveds! 

The time is nearly upon us for the main page release, and with that comes daily bio releases starting 01/02! We finished sharing all the open teasers and tomorrow we’ll post 4 usernames at random from those who reblogged the promo; they will tell us which teaser they want a sneak peek of that bio as soon as it’s written, rather than when it’s posted!

That Anon ask had me wondering though, a question I will pose to all of you:

Bio release: Would you rather...

Have all the open roles posted first so you have the most time between their posting and acceptances?

Have the roles released in the order of writing, so that while taken roles will be interspersed, you'll get a "top down" feel—you'll meet the Queen, then the Princess, then the Princess' best friend and rebel leader, etc?

SO, so pumped for this! Well done guys it already looks amazing! I was just wondering if you guys could tell us what’s your plan for releasing bios? Will it be staggered or all at once!

Thank you so much! We’re pumped too!! The bios will be staggered! I’m in the middle of writing them as we speak. Open bios will be released first, or that’s my goal. Hopefully, you’ll see between 2 and 3 bios per day in January. As the holidays have me a bit behind, I appreciate your patience if this goal shifts a little bit (like releasing taken bios mixed in with open ones—the order I write in isn’t the order of release because sometimes I need to know X about one muse to write Y about another), but my ultimate goal is all bios out by January 20th, giving players a week to write apps for the first round and another week to write apps for the second round. Any suggestions or concerns about this scheduling is welcome! Though keep in mind I’m just one person and I’m writing all the bios at this time, so I hope you’ll keep me in your thoughts, haha. So looking forward to bringing this universe to life with all of you! I’m so incredibly stoked! Honestly, it’s a joy to write bios when I’m in love with every muse.

Could you please tell us about the Royal families? 😍 Really excited for this rp!

Right now, the Seelie royal family is just King Adare—he currently has no Queen, though he once did, a long while ago. If there becomes a Queen, that’s entirely up to play! He has no heirs nor Princesses, though he has two bastard daughters he can barely stand the sight of for a number of reasons. The Unseelie royal family is currently Queen Lacha, who acts as a “virgin queen” and refuses to name nor take a King—at least so far. She has an heir, Princess Camellia, and the Unseelie Court’s opinion of the Princess is quite split. Hope this helps whet your appetite!
