To the owner of the Dean/Castiel self harm prompt, would you mind sending us an ask with your URL? We forgot to tag your submission with your URL (we're sorry!).
1. Summary thing:
Dean has been self-harming for awhile now. He knows it’s stupid, because he’s a hunter and basically should try to avoid getting hurt at all costs. Obviously it’s going to happen, but it should never be intentional. But Dean doesn’t really care. He believes he deserves to feel pain, for all the bad things he’s done. He will try his best not to die on a hunt, or commit suicide because that would be like giving up for him. He deserves to suffer. That’s the reason he self-harms at night in the bathroom at the bunker. He doesn’t risk cutting his arms - Sam or Cas could see it. He cuts his thighs, because that’s where no one will see the scars. One night, Dean is in the bathroom doing what he usually does when he knows Sam is asleep, when he hears a flutter of wings.
Castiel will then take the blade from Dean and comfort him and help him through this. It’s going to take time, but Cas is determined to get Dean through this. (sorry this was so long ahh)

Um. I don’t really care exactly, but I do want it to be longish. In my summary thing^^ it says it’ll take time for Dean to get through his depression and like, yeah. so obviously it should be long… I’m not exactly sure how much would be reasonable. but definitely long. yeah. (:
6. Additional Wants:
Dean to be stubborn and not want Cas to help but also wanting his help at the same time. Cas being persistent and not giving up and not getting mad at Dean for any outbursts because he knows Dean is hurting. Dean to slip up a bunch at first once he lets Cas try to help him. Crying, hugging, angst really. Angst. a ton of angst. Cas hugging Dean as much as he can and not letting go even if Dean squirms and tells him to let go. Cas keeping a close eye on Dean, but not close enough where it’d be overbearing and not close enough where Dean doesn’t have the chance to cut. I just really want a lot of angst and stubborn Dean and crying and cuddles and struggling. Oh, and also sometimes Dean’s thoughts overwhelming him where he calls out for Cas even though he has said he doesn’t need his help. Yes, that would be great. (sorry this is so much! I’m very specific when it comes to prompts xD)
7. No-Nos:
Cas getting pissed at Dean and leaving him for a certain amount of time. Like, no. That would only make Dean feel worse. Um… obviously Sam will have to pop in time to time, so i know this has all been mainly about Dean and Cas I’m still going to say NO WINCEST please. yeah. i would also prefer if this didn’t turn into Destiel. i love Destiel, but I want this to be about Dean struggling and Cas helping him without being in a relationship with him and kissing him and all that stuff. I mean if you really really want to you can, but make it minor please? ( I would prefer no destiel though). Basically this is not a shipping fic thing. if you wanna add maybe some side sabriel or samifer be my guest. idrc though. Umm okay… yeah since i said no destiel that would mean no smut of any kind. thanks. Uh… Also, I don’t want Sam finding out about Cas helping Dean with his self-harm. Sam doesn’t know, and he’s not going to find out. I mean, if towards the end, once maybe Dean is as good as he can be (since he’ll never really be fine, but to a point where he’s done self-harming and feels good), maybe Dean will tell Sam about it? But I don’t want Sam to know about it. Yeah. Okay. I think that’s good. I can’t think of anything else really for this one… yeah.
8. AU Type/Non-AU:
Um. I’m not sure what this would be? I don’t think it’d really be an au because they still hunt and are at the bunker and all that stuff, just Cas has his full powers and stuff and Dean hates himself to a point where he self-harms. I don’t know. But yeah.

okay but what about a high school au for the tmnt 2014 'verse where they have a sister and they don't have a very good concept of how public school works because they've been homeschooled by splinter up until high school and the first few days consist of Donnie being a flustered nerdy,geeky dork, Leo trying to be confident but coming off as trying too hard,Raph just NOT TALKING Mikey being an idiot,and their sister is terrified of being dehumanised and alone but they're still all freaking out
This sounds like a great prompt! Would you mind going to our guide and submitting it that way? If you do that, the person who writes your fic will know exactly how you’d like it written (the correct rating, length, etc.).
so I really want the boys to somehow find out that cas is SUPER ticklish and he’s totally clueless about it. Sam and dean play it down like its nothing but later they sneak up on him and tie him down and tickle him til he literally can’t breathe and plz include wing!kink ;)

Can you write a fic in which the reader shows up at the avengers tower severely injured and the avengers help he/she out. Then later on they find out he/she is Loki's (he lives with them now and is good) son/daughter and she's magic. Also Loki teaches he/she how to use their magic. Sorry it's so long!!

Will people be submitting one-shot prompts? I am interested in contributing with the writing but I've never been able to easily crank out large word counts and will be busy with school and unable to devote the time long stories need! Thanks

Prompt: Sam, Dean, and Cas as priests. Sam and Cas belong to the same church and have been practicing for a while, Cas longer than Sam. Sam’s brother, Dean, is new to the convent. He is brash, cocky, and gets under Cas’ skin. So when Cas starts to have feelings for him, he delves deeper into his studies. Cas is torn between his lust/love for Dean and the faith.

No, this isn’t a network where you have to answer a survey and we’ll pick who we think should be a part of it. This is an open blog being managed by four of us who will be keeping track of your ideas and giving them up to the people who feel like they want to write them.

Well friends let me explain to you this wonderful thing.
Basically, if you have an idea that you want to see someone write, you submit to us at the blog the following:
Your basic prompt and then the extra details that follow
Rating (that you want to see this fic written as if you care)
Pairing (who you want this fic to be about)
Category (hurt/comfort or drama or slow-build or friendship or etc.)
Word count (if any)
Additional Wants (kinks, side pairings, tropes, brOTPs, etc.)
No-Nos (pairings, kinks, side characters, etc. anything you don’t want to see)
au’s/canon? (do you want it to be true to the show/book/movie/whatever or do you want a hs/college/fantasy/modern day/whatever au?)
and then we number it and add it to the page to be claimed and tag it accordingly.
If you see a prompt that you like, you can claim it by messaging us and then we’ll /close/ that prompt and tag it, the original prompt giver and you in the ask so that you both know who’s going to give writing it a shot and who originally came up with the idea.
And don’t worry, we’ll expect check ins from whomever is writing your fic and we’ll hopefully keep you updated! You can track your fic’s progress just by asking it’s new writer! Isn’t that great???
Once the fic is finished, the author will send it to us to post on the blog and we’ll tag both the author and the original prompt giver and once the giver has told us they’ve read it, we’ll give the author the green light to repost it anywhere they please! Sounds fair, yeah?
but what happens if i want a prompt but i want something that caters to what I like to write?
Well this blog is dedicated to helping you unload your ideas, but it’s also here to help get all of your creative juices flowing!
So we’ll have a detailed tags list for each component of the prompt. You’re looking to write a nice slow-build romance? Look through the tag! Want a nice pwp hs!au? Look through either the ratings tag or the au one! Want to write something that’s expected to be extremely long? Look at the different word count tags! We’ll make sure that the tags page is always up to date so if all of a sudden we get a prompt with something that hasn’t been added to the page yet, boom there it is!
but brenna, what if I’m not a part of the Supernatural fandom?
Don’t let that get you down my friend! Here at ficpromptpartners, we accept alllll fandoms! And not just any fandom, any ship too! You wanna write a Sterek fic but you don’t have any ideas? Come here! You have a great Clintasha idea that you just can’t think of how to write? This is the place to unload it! Hell, you have a John Watson/Castiel headcanon that’s been bumping around in that head of yours? Give it to us and we’ll give it a good home!

Aw yes see and this is where our problem comes in. We need your ideas to be able to make this thing go! We won’t be able to give your ideas homes or give you ideas if no one sends in any prompts, so make sure you do!
