hey everyone, just curious:

I am manifesting a kind of love where someone memorizes the small things about me. Who gives me flowers every week and writes me letters to read on some random Tuesday
Simon: I can't marry her because my father was abusive and I want to punish the man by ending the bloodline.
Anthony: I can't marry her because I might love her and then if I loose her I might suffer too much.
Benedict: I can't marry her because she's lower class and the society would cast us and my whole family out.
Colin: I HAVE TO MARRY HER.
I love when Melissa Nathoo interviews Luke and the Bridgerton cast.
She’s been doing it since Season 1, and is always super fun and brilliant at engaging everyone. And she clearly makes an impact on them considering they all remember her each time.
Here’s a fun fact - Melissa has been interviewing Luke since his days on Disney’s The Lodge. See some throwback pics after the video clips to Luke’s ‘The Lodge’ days, as well as Bridgerton S1 and S3.
And bonus, I found the clip of her interviewing Hannah as part of the “Find me in Paris” cast in 2018!
I mean I agree with you... It's fine to be happy about polin like ofc I am but it is impossible to ignore than Colin is treated like an accessory to Pen, that was the case in his own season pretty much. Like there is an insane amount of potential for Colin's character and the writers literally just don't know what to do with him? Idk what's going on in there lol
I think the answer is very simple and also heartbreaking - they just don’t care about him. And so they aren’t willing to give him anything good or exciting, but rather push him to the side as much as possible.
And this will cost them fans but not enough of them to make a difference unfortunately. I already know people will drop the show if everything we’ve heard comes true and he’s barely in s4. I’ll probably watch but I’ll do so without any modicum of devotion left. They’ve lost me as an active fan and free promotion device.
If Disney princes were real, he’d be one
Comfort content 🥰
A Disney prince if I have ever seen one
and if i say we as a society moved on too quickly from SAG awards luke newton?? yeah this is the fittest a man has ever looked
I am so not sorry but if every single person who works with you all use the exact same words to describe you "kind, generous, no ego, good person, etc." I believe it. What I do not believe is how some of yall can hate this man after what Nicola repeatedly said during the World Tour and before legit is repeated by every single one of his costars.
I know there is no way to understand hate, but I just wanted to write this. The farewells and tributes are coming in and as bittersweet as it feels, I am also beaming with happiness cause I know all of them are gonna be amazing.
Yessss, LN is very genuine, which to me is what makes him compelling as a person and as a performer. He also isn't obsessed with fitting into gender norms the way that a lot of men are in terms of his interests or what he'll wear in a photoshoot or how he might present... He likes both football and boybands and romcoms and beer... He just is who he is. He also just has the vibe of a "safe" person, y'know? The way he moves through the world is gentle and soft.
💯 Luke just doesn’t give a toxic male vibes, that I see in so many others. Like sure he’s manly, very fit and handsome, but he’s also so soft. Not many straight-coded men would wear a pink cardigan with duckies. And not many would openly say that Notting Hill is one of their comfort movies.
Both of these things endeared him so much to me because that’s just goals man. And he’s definitely a safe person, so many people who had met him in the past weeks said that he’s giving those very comforting, gentle vibes that instantly calm you down.
I just feel like he’s not afraid to be soft and there’s something so attractive about that.
Stage Door Luke please come back soon
