I decided to create a new journal Diary. Maybe that’s what I need lately I feel like shit, I cannot think clear, And seems that I have no purpose in life so maybe I could track my activity and what’s Triggers My mood.

Life

I am the one in control and I just want to do everything I want. But sometimes there a burden with worries and problems that I need to face it, at every point I want to live a happy and positive life.
Maybe I have to follow the steps assuming that it will changing my life even better. There are;
• Clear mind - more open and see things from different perspective, learn new things, set up new goals, Do you things that make me happy and lastly change the way I think.
Make your mind to flow like water, free to flow anywhere and takes up the shape of the vessel it is placed on.
• Happiness doesn’t come with money - Appreciate all the little things in life as they won’t happened to you again.
• Life is all about having “fun” - Having fun I will help you to uplift your mood

This is what I always think about it is a personal problem. I have this kind of financial distress.
Work
The longest work experience after I graduated from UNI. There are no such thing that I want to keep working on this company because No career path, No salary increase, No environment and etc
Mood swings
What mood swing can happen any time at any place it is and emotional ups and downs. It changes a personal energy level, sleep pattern, self-esteem, concentration, and different things might trigger mood swings. Example unhealthy diet and lifestyle.
