Shoutout to the homemakers who’s mental health is not at its best.

It can be difficult to tidy up when your anxiety is high, or you have depression and you feel like you can’t get out of bed in the morning, or if you have an ED and it’s hard for you to cook for the home, or those who can’t sleep at night and feel fatigued the whole next day, or any other disorder.

I see you! Keep going sweetie! You’re doing amazing! Even picking up one item off the floor shows that you care about your home. Do what you can with what you have! 😌
