Ash seems intent on making Dean melt into a puddle, apparently. Green eyes flutter closed as he leans into the kisses, tipping his head up to expose more of his jaw to Ash. “You know just what to say, don’t you? Butterin’ me up like this...” His cheeks feel a little warm under all the attention, but the smile curving his lips speaks to how he enjoys all of this.

Benny laughed and let Dean take the bag, shoving a hand into his pocket while the other held onto his cane.  “Anyone ever tell you you’re cute when you blush, Winchester?”  

Throwing his free arm around Dean, he walked with him to his car.  “I could eat.  Got anythin’ in mind?”

“Shut up, jerk.” Dean punched Benny’s arm lightly, more playful than anything else. He couldn’t really be upset with the man, not when he was finally back home. That made Dean way too happy to stay mad. “Burgers and beer? I dunno man, depends really on what you’re craving. Any food you’ve missed while you were gone?”

“Don’t get all soft on me now, Winchester.”  He teased gently, patting his friend’s back firmly.  “I’m fine.  Healin’ great an’ I’ll be right as rain soon.”  Benny then shouldered his duffel bag and gestured for Dean to lead the way.  “Let’s get outta here, yeah?”

The teasing had Dean coughing to hide his embarrassment, stepping away and rubbing the back of his neck self-consciously. “Shuddup.” He stops himself before he says something too cheesy like ‘that’s to make up for all the missed hugs while you were away’. He’s blushing just thinking about that fluffy crap. “Gimme that.” The firefighter snatches Benny’s bag away from him, heading to his car. “You hungry at all?”

“Been a long time, brother.”  Benny had gotten injured in the line of duty and honorably discharged.  Dean had met him at the airport, thankfully, as he didn’t really feel keen about hailing a taxi to make it back to his house.  A laugh left him and he tugged the firefighter into a firm hug.

There’s no hiding that Dean is worked up with excitement, bouncing on the balls of his feet and trying to peer over the crowd to see Benny sooner. It’s a relief when he finally does notice him, leaning into the hug in a way that only feels natural. “Yeah. It’s good to have you home. Even if it is earlier than planned...” The reminder of Benny’s injury has Dean tightening his hug, just a bit.

“Because I gotta be seen with your weird ass. And you look like your gums are bleeding like you got kicked in the teeth.” He’s half a second away from trying to wrestle the snack from Gabriel.

Gabriel put a hand over his chest in shock, half of his fruit roll-up hanging out of his mouth.  “Really?”  He took the fruit roll-up out of his mouth and laughed a bit.  “I know it’s bad for me, big guy.  That’s what the gym is for.”

“Okay don’t get sassy with me, princess. Just saying. That shit will stain your teeth too, you know.” Obviously so, based on the current tint to Gabriel’s teeth when he laughed. “Go brush your teeth, Gabe. You look ridiculous.”
