Success is to those who are wrongly accused and unrightfully punished. Allaah is with you, and He is rewarding you for your patience and endurance. For the things that cross the path of the believer are always good for him. Remain patient and turn to Your Lord for strength.
If a man comes out of his house carrying a burden of sins like the mountains of Tihamah, then when he hears some knowledge he fears Allah and repents, he will go back home with no sins on him. So do not forsake the gatherings of the scholars.

An advice to the one who is missing blessing in his time...
One of the Salaf Rahimahumullaahu Ta’aala said:
“Everytime I increase my portion of the Qur’an [i.e. what is recited, memorized from it on a daily basis], the Barakah [blessing from Allaah Ta’aala] in my time increases. And I don’t stop increasing until my portion reaches 10 ajzaa’.”
And Ibraheem bin ‘AbdulWaahid Al-Maqdisee Rahimahullaahu Ta’aala said, when advising Ad-Dhiyaa Al-Maqdisee Rahimahullaahu Ta’aala when the latter wanted to go on a trip to seek knowledge:
“Increase in your recitation of the Qur’aan and do not leave it, for indeed whatever you seek will be eased for you to the extent that you read [Qur’aan].”
Adh-Dhiyaa said:
“So I saw this, and tried it a lot. Whenever I read a lot [of Qur’aan], listening to hadeeth and recording them would be made easy; and if I did not read [the Qur’aan, or did not read a lot], then it would not be made easy for me.”

More Funny/Cute Stuff From Students/Kids
1. An 8th grader, during an off moment, asked me: “Ms. Miriam, how do you spell IQ?”
2. A two-year-old took me by the hand to help him buy something from the vending machine. We went and the dollar wouldn’t go in, again and again it just kept spitting the dollar back out. I said “oh no, it won’t go in,” and his reply was “but but why?” in the cutest voice ever mashaa Allaah, may Allaah bless him and protect him.
3. When the bell rang for classes to switch, the first graders in my class went “Awwwwwwww!!” in that disappointed way. Made me feel so good Alhamdu Lillaah.
4. All of the second graders were writing me notes that they loved me (typical for kids their age), and one of them decided to one up the others by writing “I love you” followed by my name in Arabic, with the tashkeel/harakaat. Haha so adorable mashaa Allaah, may Allaah bless and protect them all.
5. A student randomly came into my class today and said “I love you Ms. Miriam,” and I had been feeling so bad and tired right before then. Alhamdu Lillaah.
6. I’m only teaching until just before winter break starts, so only about one more month. I want to cry just thinking about it. I will miss it so much: the students, the schedule, the growing, the environment...just everything. One of my students said to me: “When you leave Ms. Miriam, I will be sad.” :’( Khayr inshaa Allaah

العبد إن غيّر المعصية بالطاعة غيّر الله عليه العقوبة بالعافية والذلّ بالعز.

26. Sometimes my students are so cute and funny mashaa Allaah laa Quwwata illaa Billaah…
- A second grader told me once a kid he knew found a marshmallow in the forest. He meant mushroom but I couldn’t stop cracking up at the image of someone just randomly finding a marshmallow in the forest hahaha. - Another second grader once told me that she wrote me a note, so she handed me a sticky note and literally on the sticky note it just said “note” hahaha. - A kindergartener started crying at recess and before I could even ask what happened another kindergartener ran up to me and said “I didn’t push him!” [Guess who pushed him lol?] -
There are so many more funny things they’ve done but this post would just go on and on. They’re so special mashaa Allaah, may Allaah bless them and guide them and keep the guided. May Allaah bless me to be a good teacher for them, worthy of the position and fulfilling that trust, Aameen.
