I don't think there's anything necessarily wrong with wanting to run / host an award show for the community but I think admin e would've benefited from having an introduction as well as maybe a link to their oc blog ( or a main blog ig ) so people knew who they were no one's really gonna wanna get invested in an event if they're not sure who's running it

i knewwwwwwwww people were going to be on my ass about this 😭😭😭 so here’s my thoughts on the whole situation!!

when making this group and deciding their ages i put a lot of thought into it and into their story lines.

first point: minhee being 07 and the morality of having a character who’s a minor

debuting at 13 is very realistic these days (and also since the start of kpop) a lot of groups have a lot younger members than 07 and i’m not saying i agree with it or i think it’s okay im just saying it’s real. a lot of you guys have abuse, rape and horrible things in your fics and somehow that’s okay but having a kid crosses the moral line???

my oc is 18 now and obviously that’s still a child in normal people’s eyes lmao but i have no plans of being weird with him or doing anything inappropriate so i dont see the problem. his faceclaim isn’t a minor only the character is. he literallyyyy the groups baby i swear anything im planing on writing with him involved is super cute and fluffy and a main point of his story line is that he is young and his members want to protect him and wanting him to have half the childhood these idols should be having.

having under age characters isn’t weird but you guys make it weird.

second point: debuting at 13

half of you guys have ur ocs debut this young then their whole storyline is how they never had a childhood 🫠🫠🫠 im literally doing the same thing but just writing it from the perspective of being in the moment of said childhood

i do think this is an interesting conversation so if you want to have one more in-depth you can reply or pm me :))) i do understand why you guys don’t like minors in things but i also think you guys think way to hard about it. it’s literally a character it’s not real no minors are harmed in me writing a story

anyways TDLR: having an underage character isn’t weird unless you make it weird half of you guys watch tv shows with minors everyday and think it’s normal so why is it any different here…
