I’m a tattered man. My skin’s come loose in places, and I have trouble holding it on. I have to look in corners for the broken pieces of myself. If I find the hand I’ve lost, I... I pin it to my sleeve so there will be something for people to grasp when they greet me. I’ve opened wide at the seams. There’s a place in me where terror hides like a snake. It makes me untouchable.

Hey, I only found your art recently, but I HAVE to know what’s going on between your Music Meister and Mad Hatter. I think that Erik has something to do with Jervis’ “madness” from what I can tell, but I would really like to know the exact reason.

They! are an interesting duo to me!

Erik didn't have any hand in causing Jervis's madness, Jervis has been just kinda like that since he was a kid.

Erik is lowkey scared of Jervis, as their power sets overlap to a degree that makes Erik uneasy. Jervis's cards can overtake his song in the right circumstances, and that scares him. That, plus him being a much newer villain in comparison? He usually tries not to get on Jervis's bad side as much as he can.

Jervis doesn't really realize "the mock turtle" is uneasy around him, and doesn't usually have much issue with him.

Unless the theatre puts on an inaccurate take on AiW, that he takes as a personal offense.
