Casey is at home one night talking with a friend about another girl they know who happened to lose a bunch of weight through health bars. Casey jokes a bit about giving it a try, she thinks losing a few pounds wouldn't hurt. After jumping off the phone with her friend she gets a mysterious call. But the call is coming from within the house, and soon Mr.Ghostface appears! Little does Casey know Mr.Ghostface isn't here to harm her....but rather fatten her. He starts by feeding her donuts, even if she doesn't want them. She begs him to stop, but it only makes him stuff her more. He wants her huge by the time it's all over with! Donut after donut Casey becomes covered in crumbs, her belly rapidly ballooning. Next comes something even more devious.

A funnel, filled with a red liquid shake, sure to pack a couple of thousand calories. Casey pleads for compassion, she's trying to watch her figure, and all this fattening isn't what she wants! After a successful funneling Mr. Ghostface goes back to stuffing Casey with donuts, despite her pleading. He even jiggles and pinches her fat belly to tease her a little. Watching her squirm as the calories of pure fat pile onto her is amusing to him. Things get hot and fattening and soon enough Casey admits Mr. Ghostface has won.
