you mentioned not really being into Invasion of the body snatchers. I personally don't love the 1978 version but i prefer the original from 1956, you can give it a shot if you like

I won't be surprised if I watch the original in the future, but I don't have any current plans to do so. It is nice to know I'm not alone in not loving the '78 version.
