I’m so tired of this. Your words have no meaning your design is made up by environmentally horrendous noise machines and your trend only meant anything because it was catering to influencers and the middle schoolers who watched you, your only purpose in life to fulfill the 3 second clickbait to being paid pipeline. You’ve given up on there slightest hint of humanity in the interest of gaining a fraction of the attention your parents clearly never bothered giving you as a child

Fun fact of the day: if you know its been a while since you last ate but dont feel hungry, you need food. Im not talking an hour or two im talking like 5 to 6 hours since last proper fooding. I know you think you dont need to eat, I know you dont feel hungry, I know this project or video is really cool and interesting but I promise you you are hungry. Just go get something to eat and I promise you'll suddenkylfeel like "Oh my gosh ive been so hungry for the last hour thats why im feeling grumpy and frustrated even tho i didnt know i was feeling grumpy amd fruatrated."

Part two of that fun fact: if you cannot figure out what you want to eat; nothing in the fridge looks good / enticing, nothing in the cabinates is a "big food", and you dont have the energy to make something real, make a cheese quesadilla. Do not feel worried about offending ancestors or other cultures when you make it either. Take a sigle softshell, put grated cheese or cut cheese of your choice on it, stick it in an actively preheating oven because we dont have the time to let it warm up and it doesn't matter I promise, cut up tomatoes or leftover meat or something else or nothing at all, wait 3 minutes, put the cut up thing on the quesadilla, put a second soft shell on top (or fold over the other side if you're just making half) leave it in for 3 more minutes, take it out.

Now you have a food. It is a big food and is good for you.

Ive gotten a lot better about knowing my triggers im just a dembass who thinks they can "beat" the paranoia (i cant thats not how it works)

Ive got a thing of string lights up on my wall I turn on when things get really bad since my paranoia's darkness based. Not being able to see whats around me is Not Fun.

Also: weird rule but if I play Whitenoise to fall asleep my brain has decided that nothing will get me.

Because white noise is a "clear noise" (I cannot explain what that means I really dont know) which means the room is clear of other living things.

It does not make any rational sense but neither does paranoia so [shrug]
