If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be a bone marrow donor to help one of the 6000 Americans seeking a marrow match to treat their Leukemia, Anemia or other life threatening blood disorders did you know that 70% of the time donors are now asked to give stem cells using a method called PBSC (Peripheral Blood Stem Cell) collection? It’s similar to how plasma is donated.
