making a song every day this year (DAY 1)

i'm starting a challenge to get over my crippling fear of posting my own music online/learn video-editing

i decided to also post on tumblr and share my thoughts about the songs i made more in depth then anywhere else since this place feels like the kinda place to be more vulnerable.

(fibb thoughts below)

a little backstory is that i've been trying to make games for 6 years with a gamedev group that fell apart. I really liked what i did. I made at least a 100 tracks over the years, but none have seen the life of day. I put a lot of hard work and eggs in that basket and it blew up in my face.

it did a number on me and it has taken a few years and some really amazing people to get me to the point where i wanna rip off the band-aid and post. my goal is to just make songs and have fun with whatever audience i discover, but i'd hope to build myself up so i can make videogame music professionally either as a side gig, or as my main career. i really want to say that even if this is 10 years from now, or i get bigger/blow up, i am always open to hearing out a project made with love. if you like my music and want me to make music for you, please don't hesitate to reach out. i'm posting the first week of videos/songs here in bulk, but the through-line is it turns out i really like video editing, and i finally feel like myself again. hopefully this is entertaining/interesting for someone out here in tumblrland. thanks for listening to me yapping!!
