(gif isnt mine) CAN WE TALK ABOUT THIS A SEC can we talk about gina fucking linetti and how she is an amazing friend gina, who we know is jakes BEST FRIEND, jakes childhood bff, the platonic love of his life (along with charles), who doesnt hesitate for even a moment to support someone else gina, who is normally seen as self centred and narcassistic, instantly turning to look at amy gina, who has just lost her two best friends, from her childhood and from the acadamy (i can only assume bc jake and rosa were in the acadamy together), not taking even a moment to mourn her own losses but instantly turns to amy gina who 100% understands that amy is gonna be upset and probably angry and confused bc its jake and they both know jake is innocent gina who knows she has lost her two best friends but needs to know that her other friend is okay because she understands her other friend has lost people close to her too and isnt gonna let her own sadness stop her from being supportive gina, who is constantly joking about the squad and making playful jabs at them and doing pranks and never taking anything seriously, immediately reaching for amy to ground herself and make sure her friend isnt breaking down or too bad over the situation (a situation thats pretty fucking bad) just gina linetti who is an amazing friend even through her natual characteristics and self obsession, who knows when she should pull together and be there like honestly 10/10
