The platonic ideal of a cheeseburger: 2 freshly ground 4oz chuck + short rib patties, 1/4” to 1/2” thick, cooked medium on a cast iron skillet, melted American cheese, toasted potato bun, shredded iceberg lettuce, Roma tomatoes, homemade pickles, thin sliced onions, special sauce.

Nothing fancy, just damn good.
