So merman have names? Chopperina was happy to learn this and couldn’t help but smile brightly. “Luffy…. I’m Chopperina!” She exclaimed, pointing to herself.

She managed to get the hook removed safely from the mermans mouth and seemed proud of her work. She let Hiliuk take a look at his mouth too in case he needed any extra care. But it seemed he would be just fine.

“Luffy can go home now! But can you visit soon? I promise I won’t catch you again.”

With the hook now out of his mouth, he couldn’t help but touch the tiny hole that was left behind after the hook was pulled out with his tongue. It tasted kinda iron-y and it hurt to touch, but it seemed to only make him want to mess with it more.

“Why can’t I visit now? I don’t gotta be anywhere right now.”

There was also the fact that if he went back into the water, the minor wound would have probably attracted unwanted attention to him. But mostly he just wanted to play with his new friend.
