If you haven't heard, Dolly's Factory announced the end of development today due to insufficient funds to continue updates. Pour one out, it was a great game. :(
Oh that’s awful. I was a play tester for them a little while about a year ago, and it’s become one of my favorite games on there, and I’ve been following it since its early days. But I get it, Roblox is getting more and more hostile to new games. I don’t know but Toons Universe was incorrectly flagged by Roblox’s ai system. It’s back up now, thankfully, but still, what the hell.
Let’s do something nice for them. I’m including their social media below. Go look at some of their stuff for them, like it, leave some nice comments, share or reblog or retweet, just spread it around. I’m sure they need the support right now, having to give up on something you love because it’s no longer feasible is never a good feeling. Just don’t let them know I sent you, ok?

I want to add on that the game being shut down was not just because the game didn’t have enough funds, there was one more thing that was the biggest factor that killed the game, unfortunately they didn’t own the IP

dexter is the co-owner of the factory, trusted by dolly to oversee most things around the factory while she focuses on making more friends/plushies!!
tis clear dexter is devoted to figuring out the cause of the reject epidemic/finding a way to end it, and hiding it from dolly!! (in the 3rd qna stream (1:57:17), twas confirmed he's searching for a cure!!)

tis heavily implied dexter is, perhaps, one of the most stressed characters!! he's carrying a lot of responsibility!! according to Crystal, the community manager of the official discord server, dexter is always visibly upset b/c he wants to help the plushies more than he is, but can't; he keeps losing them despite the tools he gives them!
he thinks he's not as physically capable as the plushies!!
and his favorite tea flavor is whatever dolly picks!!
dexter is one of the most lore-relevant characters; as such, there isn't a lot of canon info on him!! many answers he gives in the official PIllowlore channel are marked as [REDACTED]; in fact, many non-redacted answers he gives could haz easily been given by another character, in my opinion! there rlly isn't a lot about HIM in general!
still, i hope this is enough to create headcanons and theories out of!! feel free to ask more questions as well!! :D
ALSO!!! if you're on the discord server, the best place to look for lore is, of course, the pillowlore channel!! everything posted in there is canon!!
if you're not on the discord server, scouring the wiki is a good idea.. though, plez make sure the source is cited before taking it to heart (currently the official wiki editors are a bit behind on citing everything and are in the process of changing the wiki from Fandom to Miraheze..)!! there might be things on the official Dolly's Factory youtube channel as well, and Grayson Solis's channel, the creator of the official soundtrack and reject meistro's voice actor!! have fun searching!!! :D

I have a headcanon he's a super regular common plushie without his jester costume and make-up. I don't know should I make or not a drama about this topic... I think I shouldn't because I have a feeling Meistro would perform in worst clothes of all world and do it perfectly as always. He just knows how high his aura I guess 😅
