Here’s a piece that started out as me wanting to do a quick speedpaint and evolved into a fully rendered illustration! DeviantART • Twitter • Instagram

Arcanine! I picked away at this off and on for a couple of weeks, rendering and re-rendering patches of fur as I went and now I’m finally freeeeee! Free to not think about painting fur for a while. O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay! :’D Twitter • deviantART • Instagram

Fanart of one of my favourite pokemon, Pidgeot! The first Pokemon I ever had was a pidgey I caught in a friend's Blue version. Then after I got Red, we would trade back and forth taking turns training him up to lv100. x)

Wow, I'm so happy to see someone else using Procreate, and with such talent ahh! Keep up the good work! :D
Thank you! I keep kind of swapping between Procreate and Photoshop depending on what I want to do, but it’s definitely a nice piece of painting software! :D

Find Me Elsewhere!
Hey guys! I know I’m always posting links to my other artsy social media accounts, but with everything going on with tumblr lately (and also that I keep forgetting to check up on it) I just wanted to double-down on letting everyone know I’m getting less active here. Most of my activity right now is on Twitter! I post more random thoughts and am more instantaneous in posting sketches I’ve drawn there. I still post major stuff on tumblr, but if you JUST CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF ME, Twitter is a good place to go. I’m pretty well anchored at deviantART, I just don’t post journals unless I’m announcing commissions or something. I also got tired of uploading sketches there. (Filling out submission forms is teh suxxorz, man) I also begrudgingly use Instagram, lel. I do tend to submit sketches pretty frequently there. You can find me on FurryNetwork also, but I tend to update in random bursts of submissions. Also thanks for following me and liking and sharing my work over the years! I’m not leaving tumblr but I have no idea what’s in store in tumblr’s future and don’t want to get too attached I guess???

A painting of my birbsona, where I tried to bend my painting style to the whims of my sketching style. My sketching is really loose and flowy, but when I plan out a painting, I usually lose the fluid energy of my sketch in favour of pushing for more realism. Which is fine, but right now I want to try exploring my own shape language in painting. Or something! So here’s something a little more abstract than usual!
