Buntan jam
Buntan is a some kind of Orange, and is a specialty of Kochi prefecture located in the south area of Japan.
Although I think it is the most delicious fruits, Buntan is not so popular fruits especially in the east Japan. Some Japanese does not know this fruits.
I strongly recommend to try the taste if you have chance.
Anyway! today's midnight cooking is Buntan jam!

Beef, 叉焼(something boiled pork), and shredded cabbage for my health.
Current my training is how thin can I cut pork and beef.
