Respectfully, have you considered that, at least to some of us, "eat the rich" and "the bourgeoisie" do not at all refer to the same people?
Anyway I do have a concrete definition of "the rich" for "comma, eat the" (which is to be clear a meme and a phrase, not a literal recommendation, because I am, as an anarchist, categorically anti-death-penalty). It's $1 billion.
Why? Well, for one, the difference in order of magnitude. For another, that's the unit society is going with already, and I have no interest in waging a completely unnecessary war against public opinion when there's an easy line in the sand.
Meanwhile, "the bourgeoisie" is a technical term, a historical term, and a slang term, and altogether has so many different meanings that entire libraries of ink and entire fields of thought have been dedicated to its definition, meaning, and implications. It is also a term that significantly predates the birth of Karl Marx by over 100 years. It has many meanings that evolved over time, and claiming that there's some one absolute meaning is both reductive and blatantly false
Anyway, personally, I'm tired of overly online communists telling me that people deserve to be killed and imprisoned for such wealth as like (assorted real life examples from people I know who survived communist dictatorships). owning a small general store, or their own small business, or a farm that employees a few other townspeople and treats them well, or a small local vineyard and restaurant, or being a doctor, or being an artisan, or being an academic, or being a wealthy artist/writer, or owning any property at all
I'm also tired of people assuming that artists and craftspeople and academics (historically artisans, craftsmen, and academics were all considered part of the French middle / merchant / business / artisan class that the term bourgeoisie referred to during the 1600s and earlier) are opposed to the interests of the proletariat class or communists, like my university didn't have TAs and graduate student lecturers and research assistants who were literally homeless
