This was mostly necessitated by it being so hot I was nearly dying but still, I did it!
Today, an incredibly skinny woman said we were the same size??? Absolutely not but wow Iām so flattered
OMG!!! I have been struggling for literal months to get out of the 130s and today I woke up at 129.8 šš„°šš„°
Now, I know a lot of that is water weight etc but seeing the 120s on the scale again is such motivation to keep going šŖš»šŖš»
Was hanging out with my friend and she was complaining I was too skinny. 1. I didnāt ask, 2. Iām still 15lbs away from my goal, 3. Iām really, really not. Iām just great at dressing to hide it
I feel like people are ALWAYS so against you looking any bit smaller and itās like kind of hard to deal with tbh. It feels like people are shaming you because youāre changing their perception of you. But their perception of you is not necessarily the real you, or who you have to be forever
continuing to do well on my steps recently. Idk what Garmin thinks my goal is, but my actual goal is 13k/day and Iāve been hitting that
woke up at 131 and omg we are almost out of the 130s again, baby!! šŖš»š¤
Saw Jennie last night and was like (1) wow sheās so cool, (2) sheās so body goals, Iām gonna get fit like here. And instead I binged today and now my tummy really hurts. Hate this for me
I have noticed a trend though of anytime I have refined sugar, I tend to keep eating more and more and more of it. And I put some sugar in my tea before all this happened. SO my now ongoing goal is to avoid processed sugar (aiming for natural sugars in fruits instead) and as always prioritize unprocessed food because my body seems to handle it better

Been really killing it on steps recently!!
Unfortunately that is the only place Iāve been doing well. Have been eating like a maniac which is not great - and Iāve had foods that Iām allergic to so Iām very very bloated too.
a lot of people talk about weight blindness (meaning you were way heavier than you thought you were) and holy cow did I have that.
was going through old photos today in preparation for a bachelorette and i am shocked at how big i looked. how i look now is how I thought i looked in these photos.
i guess itās good confirmation that I have lost weight and am starting to look more toned, but whew do I still have a long way to go
I want to wake up and smell the cold forest air, I want to feel the soft moss under my bare feet as I sip tea. I donāt want to worry about what time it is or whats going to happen next. I just want to be.
Ugh the weight is coming off so slowly this week. And Iām aware thatās how this works - bodies are not a perfectly calibrated calculation, they retain water and bloat and all sorts of things. But itās so annoying when youāre eating in a deficit and working out but donāt see progress.
Still, we persist! Made a healthy egg white and oat bake for brunch today, having shrimp and veggies (and maybe some halo top) for dinner. Idk what my walk is going to be, but there will be one! And if I keep making good decisions the changes will come
