The quickest,most delicious packed with protein Treat suitable for Vegans,Vitarians,Everyone :)Â
Ingredients : 1 packet (250g) of firm tofu
                        2 ripe bananas
                        any sweetener ,I used 2tbs of natural honey
                        coconut flakes for covering
Instructions : 1. Shred tofu into the bowl, mix together with bananas and sweetener, Â add some coconut to the mixture so you can form small balls and then put coconut flakes on the plate and cover the balls with it . Nicely done. Keep in the fridge.
