Ok SO… the fat that hangs below my belly button has been called “The Goblin King” for years now, named after the goblin king in the hobbit movie cuz his neck fat was so huge and wobbly and I always related my lower stomach to it. It is soooo much smaller now omg. I can squish it in my hand and it disappears!!! You can tell I’m holding my stomach up a little in the second pic but it would have been literally impossible for me to do that even 6 months ago! I cannot wait to SLAY this Goblin King once and for all! 👊🏻

Ever since I started this blog I have been going through the ups and downs of weightloss. From months of committment to then not doing anything and eating like crap for months over one minor setback.

The photo on the left was late last year after some emotional trials in my life, and then further avoidance of diet and exercise after an accident in January. And the right is is 3 months of hard work since March. 👍🏻👍🏻
