Fitness and wight loss motivation

#transformationtuesday because sometimes you have to reflect on where you started.
Left was early 2011 I believe. I weighed 185ish lbs and I hated everything. I was doing HOURS of cardio everyday and not seeing results and I was so confused as to why not.
Flash forward 4 years (almost 5!) later and here I am, sitting at around 170 lbs and happy as can be, and stronger than I ever thought possible. Now, I strongman train and lift heavy and my body fat percentage is significantly lower than when I just did cardio.
My physique may not be desirable to a of of people and I’m cool with that, but I’m in love with who I’ve become and the body that has taken me through hell and back.
