Confession: I absolutely hate wearing shorts to the gym because I have barely any leg muscle. I focus on my legs so much and it’s the hardest spot on my body for muscle to grow. When I look at them in the mirror I get SO upset thinking “do I even lift?” Therefore I always wear leggings.

Some advice for women gaining leg muscle! (If you aren't already doing this) high reps on leg day.. Preferably 15 a set. And lift heavy! It takes a lot longer for women to see definition in our legs then men. So lots of reps!!! 👊💪 xx
