Day #30 of 30 Days of Gratitude - Last day! This day was hard to think of 🤔 I like to think of myself as a Jack (Jill?) of all trades, master of none 😂 I'm pretty good at baking (as I've said before). I love to dance but I wouldn't say I'm especially skilled at it. I love to draw/paint but I don't do it enough to say I'm a talented artist. I LOVE makeup, but I'm no beauty guru and some days I don't even have the time to put mascara on let alone my whole face lol. I love DIY projects, but I've had enough botched attempts at things to prevent me from saying I'm skilled or talented in that way 😂 I will say that I have a skill for generating ideas and problem solving. Day #23 of 30 Days of Gratitude - Baking cookies with my girl while we listen to Christmas music or watch "White Christmas" during the holidays is a time I am so grateful for. I really love all of our holiday traditions in general, from Thanksgiving at Matt's Dad's house to Christmas morning at our house and spending all day with family. There's just so much to be thankful for throughout the year, but the holidays especially 😊💕 I love baking for my loved ones. It's something I think I'm pretty good at too! Day #21 of 30 Days of Gratitude - Now I could have went the easy route and said my wedding song ("Then" by Brad Paisley) was one I was most grateful for or even "You are my sunshine" because I sing that to Lily all the time and her little smile makes my heart melt. But this song - "Just Be Held" by Casting Crowns - is my reminder of God's goodness no matter what life throws my way. When I listen to it, if I'm feeling down, my hope is restored. I'm reminded that I don't need to carry all my burdens alone. I can leave all my stress, fear, and worries at the cross and Jesus will hold me in His perfect love. I know it sounds crazy to those who are non-believers, but that's the truth 😊💕 Just take a second and listen to the lyrics and maybe you'll understand. Natures candy 😍 Fresh, ripe, lightly sweet CANTALOUPE 😋 I have been waiting to get a good one for months as I was obsessed with them last summer (which is weird considering I never ate cantaloupe before). If you want a delicious, good-for-you snack I suggest picking one up! 🍈<--- don't know if that's a cantaloupe, a honeydew or something else entirely but it's a cantaloupe for my purposes! 😂

Day #20 of 30 Days of Gratitude - This man ❤️...oh this man 😍 He holds my heart 😊💕 No one else can drive me crazy, laugh until I cry and make me fall head over heals harder than this man I call my husband. I am so grateful Matt is in my life. Every good thing I have and everything good that has happened to me is because of him (and because I listened when God told me he was the one for me). Day #19 of 30 Days of Gratitude - This is similar to one I said before for texture, but nevertheless...I am grateful for the touch of hugs and snuggles. From my kids, my husband, my family, my close friends...I love a good hug! 🤗 I especially love a good hug when my little man slows down enough to give me one and he snuggles in close ☺️💕 It's the sweetest thing! Day #18 of 30 Days of Gratitude - I am grateful for this print in my home 😊💕 It's the first piece of decor I bought for it and I still absolutely love it. The colors, how it makes me feel...just feels inspiring. Like there's calmness amongst the chaos, and feeling of being centered. I just love it so much. Funnily enough, the artist named it "In The Bedroom" and it is in my living room 😂😂😂 But that is where we relax most often and I would never get to see it in my bedroom (sleep? What's sleep? lol)...It really makes me happy and it relaxes me. And I am just grateful to have a few nice things that don't necessarily cost much, but they make me happy and reflect my personality. Day #15 of 30 Days of Gratitude - I am so grateful for the warmth of the summer months! Fall is great and all, but I am not a cold weather kinda girl lol. I'm so happy when it's sunny and warm outside 😍😎☀️ The vitamin D helps my mood and energizes me. And even though I dislike cold weather, I do actually kinda like living in a region of the country where we experience all 4 seasons (sometimes all in one week, but ya know...it's something lol). Day #14 of 30 Days of Gratitude - I am so grateful for the sight of my happy, healthy children. We are so beyond blessed. Their joy and wonder when trying new things gives me life. Day #13 of 30 Days of Gratitude - I am so grateful for the ability to be active. My body usually does what I want/need it to and that is something I often take for granted. I love feeling my muscles getting stronger and being able to complete a challenging workout with less difficulty. It's so empowering. And it encourages me to keep going and help others along the way...Also, thinking of the event I went to on Saturday and hearing about people who are imprisoned for their faith, I am incredibly grateful I have to ability to worship openly without persecution. Day #12 of 30 Days of Gratitude - The texture I am so grateful for is the soft texture of my babies skin 😍 It's such a simple pleasure that I know is so fleeting. I remind myself almost every time we snuggle that it won't be long before I blink and they are grown 😢 So I will cherish those sweet, soft baby snuggles for as long as I can...this photo is a picture of me and Lily when she was just a babe. Day #11 of 30 Days of Gratitude - Christmas is the holiday I'm most grateful for because it's the holiday we celebrate God's gift to the world, Jesus Christ 😊💕 Plus, it's a time where love is in abundance and people are more giving (as they should be all year round). Day #10 of 30 Days of Gratitude - I would have to say that the taste I'm most grateful for today and everyday is chocolate (it's why I love to have my shake everyday - SO GOOD! 😍😋). I typically reach for savory snacks more often, but I tell ya...when you need a chocolate fix nothing else will do! So grateful there are fair trade options for chocolate (and coffee!) out there. I watched a video last year of a cocoa bean worker who had never tasted chocolate!!! 😳😭 Made me realized just how blessed we all are to have such simple little luxuries 😊💕🍫 What taste are you most grateful for today? #30daysofgratitude #grateful #taste #chocolate #yum

Day #9 of 30 Days of Gratitude - The place I am most grateful for is my home, more specifically, my bed. Not only is it a place of solace when I need to rest and relax, It's where I do most of my praying too. Many conversations with God have taken place at my bedside. And I believe that's one reason I am so grateful for my bed, it reminds me of God's goodness....It's also something most of us take for granted because we've never even thought of being without.
