Healthy Is Beautiful

I JUST WANNA BE HEALTHY! I AM EXERCISING WITH "LES MILLS BODY PUMP" AND "BODY COMBAT" AS WELL AS CARDIO. I AM TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY IN SMALL MEALS.  I HAVE SEIZURES  AND IM ON KEPPRA FOR THAT. MY NEUROLOGIST DIDNT ALLOW ME TO BE ON ANY WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENT BECAUSE MY BODY MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO HANDLE THAT. THE SIDE EFFECTS OF MY MEDS ARE DEPRESSION AS WELL AS APETITE LOSS AND CONSTIPATION....IN THE PAST WITH THESE MEDS I GAINED WEIGHT SO IM TRYING TO LIVE A COMPLETELY HEALTHY LIFE!!I AM 5'2 and since MAY  I went from 185lb (due to meds i gained weight) TO 166lb with a bdy fat percentage of 32 AS OF JULY 2014
