Heard it was “make a terrible comic day” today and thought it would be fun! No matter how many inconveniences may pop up, it’s always reassuring to me to have a fun little drink to help me through it xD

Tried playing Outer Wilds because I've been told by a lot of friends that it's right up my alley but it makes me so motion sick. I've tried playing on big and small screens, even sitting far away, and nothing's cutting it.

idk does anyone have a playthrough on youtube that they recommend so I don't have to keep my eyes on the screen for the flying parts? I'm really interested in the what the story is but the motion sickness makes flying around in the game unbearable.

Getting me to speak up is the problem, tbh, up until I'm being consistently talked over. Then I'm not afraid to throw hands.

Nope! Can't have too much on my bed or I won't sleep.

7. What is your least favourite colour?

As an artist I don't really have an opinion on this. HOWEVER what is my least favorite is when people decorate in all pale beiges/whites in their home. I do not understand the aversion to color.

low key kind of obsessed with the idea of Grace starting to hit/tap something twice at the end of his sentences to convey a question. also obsessed with the thought of Rocky starting to end his own questions with a raised lilt like Grace does.

lmao ngl I was soooo hesitant about this movie. I didn't even really know what it was about before going to see it but I was told by someone that knew my taste in media that I had to give it a shot.

Now here I am, three watches and one book later xD I can't stop thinking about this story and I've dragged people with me on subsequent watches and they've all absolutely loved it. What an absolute delight it is.

Art Summary for 2024!

It's been a while since I made one of these! I made an effort to find joy in drawing this year after taking a long break. I think it's safe to say the effort has paid off.

Some highlights, and notes, if anyone's interested:

A good chunk of the year was spent making art for the dnd campaign I run, and then there's original story stuff (that will most likely never see the light of day, but it's still fun for me), and lastly, a lot some train twins.

I've also pushed myself to practice comic/sequential art, and to tell stories through my drawings. Trying to find my groove in digital art again was a bit of a struggle, but I've learned that I seem to do best with hashing out the rough sketches on paper, then transferring it to the computer to finish.

But here's to another year! I still have a bunch of wips that I've been slowly chipping away at, and I'm looking forward to finishing them!

Decided to put some color on a sketch of Sans's awful Christmas sweater from her Under Shield fics. Fanta picked the color (without knowing the context hahaha), and I feel it creates the perfect amount of low-effort chaos that Sans would be into.

I realized today that tmnt 2012 premiered 14. whole. years. ago. as of late September. How the heck did we get here??? Anyway here's my fave to celebrate.

While not perfect, and not my favorite tmnt show ever made, this iteration is close to my heart for many reasons. I still remember flipping through channels one day, and I happened to come upon the show's premiere when it was airing. A lot has happened since then. Geez.

@fivefootoh and I have been on a Legend of Zelda kick lately so we made Ocarina of Time/Majora’s Mask AUs for the fairy sibs Prophetic Prince Zander having his (Second) meeting with Hero of Time Aberta, after the initial defeat of the Dark Lady. She tells him everything he’s been dreaming about happened and she experienced all of it. Later on, he has visions of their mother, who vanished after taking Bertie to the Kokiri forest, asking them to find her. Donning his own adventure outfit to go along with his sister, they explore Hyrule, only to find a particular forest isn’t on the map….
