I get a lot of grief over these edits, and that's fine. It's all subjective. The reason I do these (as I've mentioned in many articles I've written for different magazines), is to give the viewer what the photographer saw.

Black and White was the medium of the day, and not one single Edit I've done is intended to improve the original photo.

There is a much younger audience that doesn't want to look at stale old B&W images of Pinups from 70 years ago. This is my effort to keep these images fresh and attract a new audience to these amazing women.

If what I am doing bothers you to the point of complaining about it, no one is forcing you to be here....
