''what if you regret it'' then you will expirience regret - a normal and unavoidable part of the human expirience.
the more you twist yourself into a pretzel to avoid regret the harder it will hit when it eventually catches up to you.

think it's a deep consolation to know that spiders dream, that monkeys tease predators, that dolphins have accents, that lions can be scared silly by a lone mongoose, that otters hold hands, and ants bury their dead. that there isn't their life and our life. nor your life and my life. that it's just one teetering and endless thread and all of us, all of us, are entangled w it as deep as entanglement goes. v neat i think.

I just want to remind you that sometimes your life really doesn't begin until you are 26+... Romanticizing and obsessing over our youth is harmful. Growing up is beautiful. Discovering who you are and how you interact with the world is a gift. Maturing and learning what you truly want out of life and living in that purpose brings fulfillment and peace. Your life is not over in your early 20's because you haven't figured it out yet, it's just beginning.

Hey, please remember that a joke is supposed to make people feel joy, not humiliation. If your joke costs one person humiliation to make many others feel joy, it’s still not a joke, because no laugh is worth another person’s pain. None. At all. Zip. Zero. Nada. It is very much that deep. A joke is to make everyone feel joy, not just some. Because if your joke requires someone else to carry the hurt, then the joke wasn’t funny to begin with. Nor was it ever a joke.
Lay on the floor. Sit on the floor. You must have your floor time. This is very important and essential to your mental health. The floor is the place where everything stops needing to be solved for a moment. The floor is proof that you do not have to be upright to be okay. The floor is steady enough to borrow stillness from. Floor time is very good for you. I encourage you to have some floortime every day.
It’s okay to be loud about the things that are important to you. It’s okay to be loud about the things that you love. It’s okay to be passionate about the things that are important to you. It’s okay to be passionate about the things that you love. Please be very loud and passionate about all things that bring you joy and love in your life.
