I kinda took a long…very long hiatus. I’ve mostly moved to discord for roleplaying, which is suuuuper limited on people I can roleplay with. I was finally able to get back into this account and I’ve been rereading a lot of things and golly damn do I miss you <3

“Easy, sweetheart. Just relax.” Marvin says catching the beaten up hero after a particularly bad battle. He gently laid his lover on their bed sighing softly. "Let me fetch the first aid kit alright darling? Just lay here and don't move!" Marvin says pointing a finger at his lover before going into their shared bathroom grabbing the first aid kit and washcloth dampened with warm water.

Jackie winced, trying to move from Marvin’s grasp and failing, there was no point being stubborn, he was too hot and tired for that. At least he hadn’t completely lost, so he didn’t feel as bad as he could, aside from the pair of fat gashes across his chest and the hole in his shoulder. He groaned softly in agreement, hand clutching the shoulder to save the bed sheets. Hair clinging to his moist forehead and mask. He tried to keep his breaths even through the pain. “Just a couple more scars to the collection..” he mumbles while waiting for his partner. The hero was ever so glad to have the magician, even if he did sometimes try to insist he was capable of cleaning himself up.

Marvin walked back out and sighs as he sits beside Jackie gently removing his mask. “Don’t worry about the sheets. I can always change them later. Not like it’s the first time this bed has seen blood.” Marvin teases hiding panic. He always hated when Jackie came home injured. It always worried him that maybe next time he won’t come home at all. Marvin started to gently remove the now ruined suit as he starts wiping away the blood, dirt and other grime in his wounds as gently as he could with the washcloth. “I’m just happy you’re home safe.” Marvin murmurs gently pressing a kiss to the others forehead.

He lightly sagged into the comfortable bed with his face free, making silly expressions as he relaxed his face muscles. After being on his feet all day everything aches, but he gave a small laugh at the tease, his sore arm’s hand finding Marvin’s thigh to give a reassuring squeeze. He hated the worry he caused, and although he swore multiple times he’d never die where Marvin couldn’t be with him, or better yet not at all, it was still always the risk of doing as he did.

Jackie’s breath hitched as Marvin removed the suit, it peels uncomfortably away from sticky blood and sweat covered skin, easily holding back a hiss as Marvin wipes, containing his pain wasn’t all that hard, and he’d rather not make Marv jump when he touched him.  "Me too.“ He replied, and moves his head, ignoring the ache that burns through him as he sits up to properly place a careful kiss on Marvin’s lips. "I love you.” He added as he lay back again, it was always important he felt to say it in moments like these, to calm himself and Marvin. These weren’t the worst he’d sustained, and they had plenty of supplies. though he wasn’t looking forward to being bed bound by an over worrisome partner he also knew Marv cared and it meant more chances for kisses and proclamations of love.

Marvin smiles softly and presses his lips against the others, choosing not to chastise him for moving. He couldn’t blame him for wanting a kiss, it calmed Marvin to know that indeed Jackie was here, alive and maybe bruised but not seriously hurt. “I love you too Jackie, more then words could ever express.” Marvin murmurs with a warm smile. Once Marvin deemed the wounds sufficiently clean by the cloth he started rubbing cream around the wounds. His own creation of course, after all what better cream then magical? Once that was lathered he began placing butterfly stitches where needed otherwise just plain kitty printed bandages. “There. That should do for now.” Marvin says with a firm nod. He sighs and lays beside Jackie carefully wrapping his arms around the other to cuddle.

Dark grumbled, a roll catching his eyes as his fingers tapped at the rim of a vacant scotch glass, “Little green haired shit could make anyone go mad over him now, couldn’t he? We fight far more than we should over the tiniest details of life and he never allows for compromise!… Though, I do suppose I get him back for it rather often as well~” The demon chuckled, looking to the glass with a devious smirk. (( @fknmuseblog I’m looking at your Anti rn, ya lil shit! xD Love you babe, I promise I don’t mean it c:))

Anti snickers as he glitches behind Dark and gently flick the back of his neck. “Talkin shit ey Darkimoo~” Anti coos with a low chuckle glitching to stand a few feet away now. “It’s none of yer business what we argue about but if I’m being honest.” The demon snickers and leans close with a sly wink. “We argue who tops a lot. I win.” He smirks with a quick lick over his fangs.

The glitch smirked to himself as he had everything set up. A nice dark basement, and a magician hanging from soft ropes on the wall. Enough to allow struggling, since his legs were unbound, but Anti was pretty sure once they started he'd not put up much fight. He stepped over, a cold hand brushing Marvin's cheek, mask long since been removed to see all his features. He'd always kinda liked the other- but he was the glitch. The bad guy. So the only way to have any fun was by force. "Wakey wakey."

Marvin’s head was slumped, body shivering in the cold dark basement. His features twitching as Anti held his cheek before his eyes slowly blinked open. His head pounding with a killer headache. When he realized what was going on, that he was tied and hanging from the wall. “Wh-What?” He murmurs mouth dry like someone had shoved cotton down his throat. He started to panic as he thrashed at the ropes and tried to get Anti away from him. “G-Get away from me! What the hell!” He shouts.

He smiled softly at the peck, but worry still filled his gaze, and he frowned when Marv rolled away from him. He took the moment to very very quickly strip off his suit and just put on some sleep shorts, before grabbing the Marvin ball and pulling him close into his protection- not wishing him to feel alone in the shared bed. He too hoepd the other had no nightmares, tugging the quilt over them and pecking Marvin’s head.

The hero lay there for at least an hour or more, watching over Marvin. Protective instincts keeping him awake until finally, he found slumber, but his hold on Marvin never failed. A few protective purple orbs floating around them, a soft purple light in the darkness- another barrier between them and night terrors, hopefully.

Marvin woke up first the next morning, no memories of yesterday. Either by the drug getting out of his system or perhaps his own mind repressing them. He felt..weird though. Shivery and extra cold, despite having been cuddled into Jackie seemingly all night. He groans softly as his stomach turns, a thin line of sweat at the start of his brow.

Jackie always danced between either being an early riser and having a nice sleep in. Due to the events of last night he figured staying in bed was wise, so he was laying half awake and still holding Marvin when he felt him shift and wake. “Mmm-Morning love…How are you feeling..?” he whispers, voice low and thick with sleep making it more alluring then he tried to- although concern was still very much present. His fingers carded through Marvin’s hair, refusing to let him move away, yet again filled with worry for his love.

Marvin just shakes his head, jumping from the bed and his lovers arms to stumble to the bathroom vomiting into the toilet. Shaking like a leaf in a hurricane he groans loudly. “S-Somethings w-wrong.” He whines to Jackie knuckles white as he clings to the cool porcelain. Why was he suddenly burning up? He was so hot. He stripped his shirt off with a sweaty clumsy fingers.

His arms instantly moved away to allow the fast action, rolling off the bed and swiftly stumbling after Marvin. At his side to rub his back and moving the hair from his face- feeling his warm skin under his fingers. Jackie helped rid him of the fabric and made very gently patterns on Marvin’s back, trying to sooth. “I know you probably don’t wanna tell me Marv- I promise I ain’t leaving ya to go after him but..what did Anti do?” He’d had Anti pop up and bug him a couple times.. but he was also a threat to Anti, what on earth could he of done to cause this to Marvin? It made knots form in his stomach, all kinds of horrid images rushing by- only increasing his protective feelings. He needed to look after the magician. 

A few blue orbs had appeared- to try and cure the issue, but when they only nudged against Marvin (Instead of dissolving into dust like usual) He knew the issue wasn’t bleeding, and briefly hoped if maybe it was just a flu. He could heal wounds, but illnesses were kinda against his ablities limits. That’s why they had Henrick after all- Healing magic/ablities only went so far.

Jackie always danced between either being an early riser and having a nice sleep in. He took the moment to very very quickly strip off his suit and just put on some sleep shorts, before grabbing the Marvin ball and pulling him close into his protection- not wishing him to feel alone in the shared bed. The hero lay there for at least an hour or more, watching over Marvin. Protective instincts keeping him awake until finally, he found slumber, but his hold on Marvin never failed. Marvin sobbed loudly as he felt Jackie’s protective arms around him. He let it all go as he cries on Jackies shoulder. Only one word needed to explain everything that happened. “A-Anti.” He whimpers into Jackie’s suit. He handed them to Marvin so the other could dress not watching but waiting beside the door.

“I’ll glitch ye home if ye want- save ye the taxi an walk. Jackie should be home soon..” He only knew because he’d watch the hero’s erratic schedule long enough to know times where he wasn’t likely to be home- but man was he cutting it close for them to be caught and Jackie to worry. He ran a hand through his hair- but refused to show any emotions.

When Marvin was dressed he offered the other his hand. The faster Marv was gone the sooner he could sulk in these new shitty emotions.
