Classic Cocktails were created ages ago, but we can make them perfectly only by adding love, shaking with technique, stirring with passion and serving with a smile.

Tuna Omelette, a video presentation that I made last year for our major subject, eggs has always been one of my specialty due to it being such a common ingredients in many recipes, easy to cook but hard to master. It can easily be burned or overcooked.
My all time favorite background music while cooking, it came from the anime show “Food Wars!” which inspired me as a chef, in this show they showcase creativity when it comes to making food, and tons of other music that will boost your moral inside a kitchen so you could put more emotion into your meals!
PETA : Group Photo
- Last Culinary Activity for the 1st Semester here in STI Ortigas-Cainta as a culinary arts student, I got to meet these amazing people who made effort going here in my house and all of us took our responsibility in cooking our dishes for our Italian cuisine. Masquerade ball is the overall theme of our event.
PETA : Americano Cocktail
- Finally got to show off my passion for making cocktails, since we got Italian as our theme cuisine for our performance task, I decided to present “Americano” which is a cocktail from the Italy. My friends and family also loved the recipe.
PETA : Italian Cuisine
- Now these 5 are our creation for our group laboratory which was held at my house, I served as leader and made all of our foodtography (food photography) and they assisted me with preparing our recipes.
7th Kitchen Laboratory : Jambalaya
 - This is a American dish which consists of fresh tomato mixed in cooked rice. Another impressive food plating according to our major teacher, Ms. Laiza Pring. This also served as our last kitchen laboratory for the 1st semester.
6th Kitchen Laboratory : Classic Pepperoni Pizza
- First time making a home-made pizza, and it was a success!! I made it exactly how Pizza Hut’s pepperoni pizza would taste. The recipe wasn’t mine but definitely kudos to the guy who uploaded the recipe in Youtube!!
My Real Goal
I started wondering if I’m going to be able to learn bartending here in STI. But it is far from that as my course is Culinary Arts and not Restaurant Bar and Operations (RESBO).
UPDATE : I GOT TO BARTEND IN OUR PERFORMANCE TASK!
- I handled our beverage which I will soon feature here in my blog. :D

5th Kitchen Laboratory : Shrimp with Orange Beurre Blanc
- Now this has got to be my favorite one, to the point my culinary teacher flexed me in the section she handles. Which is a grade 11 culinary arts section named, CUARTS201. She was very impressed of my food plating and I myself was also shocked by my creativity.
4th Kitchen Laboratory : Pad Thai
- This is the start of my creativity in food plating, I even got to practice tossing which is mixing the ingredients by means of light lift and drop. This is definitely a new taste to my palate.
3rd Kitchen Laboratory : Katsudon
- A Japanese dish similar to Tonkatsu, the difference is that Katsudon is served as a deep fried pork cutlet rice bowl. While Tonkatsu is serched with rice and cabbage on the side, it all depends on the plate.Â
- This definitely became one of my favorite food!
2nd Kitchen Laboratory : Milo Man Tau (Steamed Buns)
- Started to learn about plating during this time, although my steamed buns weren’t that good because I didn’t have the patience to double rise them. Lesson learned.
1st Kitchen Laboratory : Kaldereta
- Plating wasn’t the best, definitely not used to submitting pictures only compared to videos unlike last year’s style.
