How? How's Noé a business major in VSwap... as a socialist verging on communism?

it's quite simple: he was raised to be a rich asshole business major, buut he got disowned :p

a child prodigy, he was born from a one-night-stand audrey had with an american businessman, and was meant to inherit his dad's company. unfortunately, he was an actually good person, and ended up getting dropped for wanting to invest more in social work and activism. nowadays, he travels the world working against political corruption. while in paris, he ended up learning he had a baby sister! he knew andre already, and with all the strange happenings and insane amounts of corruption going on in the city of love, it couldn't hurt to say hi.

i designed him to be an intentional parallel to chloe in basically everything (blue vs yellow, silver vs gold, brown dye vs blonde dye, etc.) and he acts like it too. he seems a lot more confident and socially acceptable than chloe, but he may or may not be bottling things up too much. after all, he's still a bourgeois, and they've got one hell of a temper....

Out of curiosity, how does Chloe deliver the Miraculous in the Vswap? Because I can't imagine her being even half as professional as Marinette.
