In case you missed it, Flash Dash Series is no more. But don’t fret!  All the fun runs you know and love will live on in 2 separate companies: Rezalution Running Co   or  Disguise + Dash Events!

If you’re looking for “NYC Stache Dash” or “NYC Santa Hat Dash” head over to Rezalution Running Co (link here).   They also have plenty of other 5ks/10ks, training classes, excursions and retreats for you to get your body fit in both Utah & New York! Check out their site & Reza’s Facebook!

For all other runs including our SLC’s Stache Dash (returning in 2016 under a new name) & SLC Santa Hat Dash, head over to Disguise Dash Events.   Disguise Dash will be back in NYC, SLC + San Diego in 2016.

Ho Ho Happy Holidays Flash Dash runners!  Our 3rd Annual Santa Hat Dash was a wild success!  Donations were a plenty & your costumes were full of festivity!  We loved all the clauses and elves; everyone looked amazing!  We can’t tell you how much happiness you, yes YOU bring to the community!  A huge THANK YOU to all who ran & brought donations for The Road Home!  We love this event and can’t wait to bring you plenty more fun, themed, charity driven, flash mob style fun runs in 2015.  Subscribe HERE (scroll to “become a flash dasher for life” in the right hand margin, or join our Facebook page HERE to stay up to date on all Flash Dash Series events.
